2. The name and location of the operator requesting the consent of the personal data subject:

3. Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• invitation and selection of applicants for employment at the Operator;
• communication with personal data subjects;
• provision to personal data subjects of information on activities of MZKT OJSC;
• sending to the personal data subjects notifications, quotations and promotional messages;
• processing of inquiries and applications received from personal data subjects;
• other purposes provided for by the laws of the Republic of Belarus.

4. The list of personal data that the personal data subject consents to be processed:

• family name, given name, patronymic name;
• telephone number;
• e-mail address;
• address;
• company;
• dealership certificate number;
• position.

5. The time period of consent of the personal data subject is three years.

6. The list of activities carried out with personal data to which the personal data subject consents:

collection, organization, storage, use, blocking and deletion of personal data.

7. Processing of personal data shall be effected both using means of automation and without such means.

8. The rights of personal data subjects relating to processing of personal data, and the mechanism for the exercise of these rights, are stated in Chapter 6 of the Policy of MZKT OJSC in the Field of Processing of Personal Data.

9. In the event of consent, the personal data shall be used to achieve the purposes of personal data processing.
